Deb Boucher, vice chair, Cushman & Wakefield

Boucher leads a specialty practice group of local and national experts dedicated to all aspects of science and technology real estate. She is especially experienced advising users of technically complex, highly improved spaces as they navigate layered occupancy/exit strategies, frequently spanning multiple geographic markets throughout North America and around the globe. Chase Jenkins, vice president of project delivery, HIPP Design + Consulting

Jenkins leads project execution with a focus on excellence, client satisfaction and sustainability. He has extensive experience in the design and renovation of cGMP manufacturing facilities, semiconductor-manufacturing plants and heavy industrial facilities. Currently, he is spearheading HIPP’s involvement in the Novo Nordisk Fill and Finish project. Jenkins oversees project design teams from conceptual development and scoping through detailed design and construction support to ensure scope, schedule and budget remain on target. As the primary client liaison for his projects, Jenkins fosters strong relationships and delivers high-quality results tailored to client needs. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University. 

Travis McCready, head of industries, markets advisory and chair, global life sciences advisory board, JLL

McCready leads a multi-country platform that includes brokerage, capital markets, project management, consulting and advisory, and valuation services for life sciences companies, developers and investors. He also co-leads the firms Innovation Districts Practice, helping plan, build and finance innovation districts all over North America. McCready has over 25 years of experience leading public, private and non-profit ventures with a focus on technology and innovation based economic development. As the former president and CEO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, he is passionate about supporting tech-based entrepreneurship and is a frequent speaker on the evolving role of technology-based economic development at the community and regional level. McCready received his B.A. in philosophy from Yale University, and his J.D. from the University of Iowa.
