The NC Life Sciences Association Health Plan, offered in partnership with Marsh McLennan Agency, gives member companies access to competitive employee benefits typically available only to larger organizations. Who’s Eligible?

To participate in the NCLifeSci Health Plan, companies must:

• Be in the life sciences industry
• Be a member of NCLifeSci (You do not need to be a member to receive a proposal)
• Have more than two full-time employees (those working 30 hours or more a week)

How to Get Started

Getting a quote is simple:

1. Email NCLifeSci@MarshMMA.com to express interest.
2. Marsh McLellan will provide a census template to be completed. (All eligible full-time employees, enrolling or not, need to be on the census.)
3. Once the census is returned, Marsh McLellan will submit it to BCBS for underwriting and proposal.
4. You will hear back from the Marsh McLellan team within five to seven business days of census submission.
