NCLifeSci Health Plan

NCLifeSci is developing an association health plan, offered in partnership with Marsh McLennan Agency, to give member companies access to competitive employee benefits typically available only to larger organizations. Designed specifically for life sciences organizations, this plan delivers comprehensive coverage, simplified administration, and long-term cost stability. 

The planned effective date for the plan is Jan. 1, 2027.

Who’s Eligible?

To participate in the NCLifeSci Health Plan, companies must:

  • Be in the life sciences industry
  • Be a member of NCLifeSci (You do not need to be a member to receive a proposal)
  • Have more than two full-time employees (those working 30 hours or more a week)

How to Get Started

Expressing interest is simple and places companies under no obligation.

  1. Complete a brief survey that goes to NCLifeSci. 
  2. Download and complete the census spreadsheet. (All eligible full-time employees, enrolling or not, need to be on the census.)
  3. Return to the census spreadsheet to Marsh McLellan via e-mail to NCLifeSci@MarshMMA.com.
