Cancellation and Transfer of Ticket(s)
For NCLifeSci hosted events with registration fees, cancellations will be refunded if notified at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a colleague within the same member organization.

Photography and More
Your entry into and presence at NCLifeSci hosted events constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the NC Life Sciences Organization and its initiatives. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event.
