Robert Rosenthal

Robert Rosenthal is a partner in MED1 and a North Carolina Licensed attorney. He has more than 40 years of experience in corporate and patent law. His focus has been in assisting companies and inventors in protecting their intellectual property and commercializing their technology in a variety of industries including biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical and other technologies. Robert also invests in and assists companies in obtaining seed and equity capital including the management of the acquisition by large strategics or private equity. Robert has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and a law degree from the University of Miami.
